Well embodied bodywork has the potential to change lives. For almost 20 years I have helped many people who feel stuck in their lives, many living with chronic pain and fibromyalgia, some who were recovering from surgiacl procedures, traumatic experiences and post traumatic stress disorder and some looking to take their sport and performance abilities to the next level.
I am available for individual sessions offered in 60, 90 or 120 minutes as well as Integrative Somatic Methods and Structural Integration processes in a ten series format. Rates for multiple sessions have a discount if prepaid (see below)
Individual sessions are customized to your specific needs and clients can choose between Deep Tissue/Myofascial therapies for muscle relief or Circulatory/Swedish/Lomi Lomi for improved circulation and relaxation or Energy work to access deeper levels of self. Based on professional experience and countless hours of hands on work, I have developed a set of skills that seamlessly blends all of those modalities. Each session is unique to address your uniqueness.

Trio is a mini process that I developed from my experience working on human bodies for the last ten years. It consists of three 90 minutes session. This format allows me to work a body at a deeper level that what is possible in a single session and holds an integrative approach.
First session is focused on lower body, the grounding principle/connection to Mother Earth. Deeply works Gluteals, legs and feet.
Second session is focused on upper body, the expanding principle / upper polarity. Deeply works your back, neck/shoulders, head, arms and hands.
Session 3 is focused on integration and aimed to connect lower and upper body through your core. Core muscles are addressed.
Rate for Trio is $475 or paid as individual 90' sessions

Ten series are processes of transformation that aim to restore an individual's relationship with their own body and explore their relationship with everything and everybody around them.
Integrative Somatic Methods are potential catalysts of transformation for those ready to effect change. Clients experience a natural realignment of the body by manual repositioning and lengthening of connective tissue (fascia), which allows muscles to have more room to move and develop a new relationship with the gravitational field.
These methods of tissue manipulation results in bodies able to move more gracefully through space, with more comfort and free of pain and tightness. Emotional holdings in the physical body may be released during this process.
This modality of work is offered in a ten 90 minute session format and includes reading materials, questionnaires and journal activities to guide you though a process of transformative awareness.
Rate for 10 series is $1600, can be split in two payment or paid as individual 90' sessions
In order to help you with the process of understanding how to better help you, I kindly ask that you print and fill the First time client health history form available in the Client forms section of this website prior to our first appointment. This is a one time procedure but I will check with you about any changes to your health history prior to each session. I will have copies available at the office if you prefer to complete one when we meet.
